At Dordick Law Corporation, trial preparation goes far beyond rehearsing arguments or reviewing case files. As we prepare for upcoming jury trials, our team is taking a strategic, hands-on approach by combining the use of our private courtroom with professional jury focus group services like Your Next Jury.
Because at Dordick Law Corporation, we don’t prepare for trial just in theory; we test our strategies under conditions that mirror the reality of a jury trial.
More Than Practice: This is Preparation Backed by Real Feedback
Many firms prepare for trial by reviewing arguments internally or rehearsing presentations. While that has its place, it only goes so far. At Dordick Law Corporation, we believe effective advocacy requires understanding how real jury-eligible people will perceive a case. That means testing, refining, and sometimes redefining strategies based on their feedback.
We don’t go to trial practicing in the mirror……..We go to trial having tested our case.
A Courtroom Before the Courtroom
Inside our new Beverly Hills office, we’ve built a fully functional courtroom replica designed specifically for trial preparation. This space allows our attorneys to simulate real courtroom conditions, from opening statements to witness examinations.
But what truly elevates this environment is how it’s used.
Instead of simply rehearsing, our attorneys conduct structured sessions that mirror real trial scenarios. Arguments are presented, evidence is introduced, and reactions are observed in real time, all within a setting that feels like the courtroom where the case will ultimately be decided.

Testing Strategy, Not Guessing It
Through our collaboration with Your Next Jury, Dordick Law Corporation is able to bring in jury-eligible participants who evaluate cases much like an actual jury would.
We all know juries can be unpredictable, but Dordick Law Corporation is committed to putting in the work to ensure we understand how our jurors think. On April 30 we held our first focus group in our new, state-of-the-art mock courtroom, located at our new Beverly Hills office at 470 S Beverly Drive.

By presenting the case to a jury focus group, our team evaluated how participants responded to competing liability arguments, the credibility of the evidence, and the overall narrative. The feedback revealed how jurors weighed responsibility and valued the client’s injuries, providing key insight that allowed our attorneys to further refine their strategy ahead of trial.
Participants reviewed presentations, deliberated, and provided honest, unfiltered feedback, often delivering verdicts or opinions that offered a useful preview of how a real jury may respond. This session provided critical insight into:
- How jurors interpret key arguments
- What evidence resonates or raises doubt
- Emotional reactions to case themes
- Points of confusion or skepticism that may arise
Our attorneys analyzed patterns in the feedback, compared reactions across different presentations, and refined their strategy accordingly.
By running mock trials and comparing results with jury feedback, we gain a clearer understanding of how a case may unfold in front of an actual jury.
This is not guesswork; it is informed, strategic preparation.
What Sets Dordick Law Corporation Apart
The combination of a purpose-built courtroom and professional jury consulting creates a level of preparation that goes beyond the standard.
While some firms rely on experience alone, Dordick Law Corporation pairs decades of trial expertise with modern tools and real-world feedback. The result is a more complete, more tested, and more effective approach to trial advocacy.
More Than Ready for Trial.
Every case deserves more than assumptions; it deserves preparation grounded in reality.
By leveraging our private courtroom and the services of Your Next Jury, Dordick Law Corporation ensures that when we step into the courtroom, we are not presenting a theory; we are presenting a case that has already been tested, refined, and strengthened.
