At Dordick Law Corporation, we are proud to welcome a new class of Summer Law Clerks who represent the next generation of California attorneys. Each clerk brings a unique academic background, diverse professional experience, and a shared commitment to plaintiff-side advocacy.
From courtroom strategy to compassionate client representation, these future lawyers are already showing the drive and curiosity that define strong advocates. We asked them what drew them to plaintiff-side litigation, what they hope to learn this summer, and what paths they might have taken if not for law.

Keila Kazanjian: Pepperdine Law School
Keila Kazanjian brings a strong academic foundation and hands-on litigation experience to Dordick Law Corporation. An UCLA undergraduate and current Pepperdine Law student, she has already been involved in complex matters, including cases resulting in seven-figure outcomes.
She was drawn to Dordick Law Corporation for its reputation in trial advocacy and its track record of securing meaningful results for injured clients. For Keila, plaintiff-side litigation is about giving individuals a voice when they have been harmed and helping them rebuild their lives through meaningful compensation.
During her time at the firm, she hopes to gain more hands-on trial experience, sharpen her litigation skills, and continue developing a strategic and creative approach to complex legal issues.
If she weren’t pursuing law, Keila says she would likely be traveling the world, learning from different cultures and perspectives along the way.

Kacie Huntsman: University of Massachusetts School of Law
A Weber State University undergraduate, Kacie Huntsman brings both academic dedication and real-world teaching experience to her legal journey. Before law school, she taught 7th-grade Language Arts and developed a strong appreciation for communication, structure, and mentorship.
Her interest in plaintiff-side litigation is deeply personal. Growing up with a father who has practiced plaintiff litigation for decades, Kacie witnessed firsthand the importance of advocating for individuals who have experienced trauma and loss. His admiration for Gary A. Dordick and the firm’s trial reputation helped inspire her path toward Dordick Law Corporation.
This summer, Kacie hopes to strengthen her legal writing, develop litigation strategy skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the procedural and creative aspects of trial work.
If she had not pursued law, she would likely be working toward a PhD in English or Sociology with the goal of becoming a professor.

Kali Mashayekhi: Loyola Law School
Kali Mashayekhi joins Dordick Law Corporation with a strong academic background from her Pennsylvania State University undergrad and a clear passion for advocacy, particularly for vulnerable populations such as minors and survivors of sexual assault.
She was drawn to the firm after meeting attorneys whose knowledge, passion, and commitment to clients left a lasting impression. For Kali, plaintiff-side litigation is about using the law as a tool to help injured and wronged individuals seek justice.
This summer, she hopes to develop stronger skills in discovery, deepen her understanding of deposition strategy and preparation, and grow her advocacy abilities by learning directly from experienced litigators.
If she weren’t pursuing law, Kali says she would likely become a child psychologist or therapist, continuing her passion for supporting children in a different capacity.
Ethan Klausner: Loyola Law School
With an Ohio State University undergrad, Ethan Klausner brings a unique blend of criminal and civil exposure to the firm, having worked in multiple District Attorney’s offices before law school. He also competed in a mock trial, where he was coached by Dordick attorney Danielle Dhari, an experience that helped shape his interest in civil plaintiff work.
That exposure, combined with his background in criminal prosecution, led him to explore civil litigation and victim advocacy from a different angle.
At Dordick Law Corporation, Ethan hopes to strengthen his understanding of the pre-trial process, from discovery through motion practice, while improving his legal writing and litigation skills.
If he were not pursuing law, he would likely pursue teaching history or political science at the university level.
Michael Moossai: Loyola Law School
Michael Moossai brings a diverse professional background, including a University of Southern California undergraduate degree, experience as a former law clerk and account manager, along with a strong interest in real estate development.
He was drawn to Dordick Law Corporation because of its reputation for fighting for injured clients and achieving meaningful results. Plaintiff-side litigation stood out to him to combine complex legal problem-solving with meaningful client advocacy.
This summer, Michael hopes to strengthen his legal research and writing, deepen his understanding of litigation strategy, and gain practical, hands-on experience working on real cases alongside experienced attorneys.
If he were not pursuing law, he would likely be working in real estate development, an industry he is drawn to for its blend of business strategy, creativity, and long-term project building.
