At Dordick Law Corporation, we are proud to continue our partnership with the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), providing high school students with an opportunity to gain meaningful professional experience in a law firm environment. This year, our students are working in two office locations, Downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, where they are learning the inner workings of a legal practice, building professional skills, and discovering their potential career paths.
Downtown Los Angeles Office
Alexander De La Cruz – Freshman
Alexander, a freshman at Verbum Dei Jesuit High School, is exploring the professional environment for the first time. With a passion for music and involvement in a Norteño band, he brings creativity and curiosity to his internship.

Dominik Rodriguez – Junior
Dominik, a Junior student at Verbum Dei, enjoys being outdoors. This internship is his first exposure to the legal field, and he is enthusiastic about learning courtroom procedures and understanding how law firms operate.

Alexander Preciado – Sophomore
Sophomore Alexander Preciado enjoys video games and exploring creative pursuits. His first office experience at Dordick Law Corporation has given him an introduction to professional workflows and legal practices. Alexander is most excited to deepen his understanding of legal rights and procedures, helping him navigate the world with greater awareness and confidence.

Michael Valencia – Senior
Returning for a second year, Michael has already gained valuable exposure to courtroom proceedings and office responsibilities. His first year helped refine his interests, shifting from a general curiosity about criminology to a clear goal of pursuing law school. Michael is eager to continue learning about trial preparation, client interaction, and courtroom procedures.

Beverly Hills Office
Julio Castrejon – Freshman
Julio, a freshman at Verbum Dei, is experiencing office life for the first time. He is eager to observe the daily work of lawyers and gain a foundational understanding of the legal profession. Julio hopes this internship will inspire him as he works toward his future goal of becoming a lawyer.

Titus Hill – Junior
Returning for a second year, Titus is a junior at Verbum Dei. His first year at Dordick Law Corporation gave him a unique opportunity to balance creativity with professionalism while learning about court procedures. Titus is particularly excited to explore the Beverly Hills office, gain hands-on experience with legal documents, and expand his exposure to courtroom processes.

Jayden Cuevas – Sophomore
Jayden, a sophomore at Verbum Dei, is new to office work but highly motivated to learn. He is especially interested in understanding how lawyers prepare cases, navigate court proceedings, and advocate for their clients. Jayden’s curiosity and engagement reflect the spirit of CWSP: learning by doing and embracing every opportunity to grow.

Kendrick Johnson – Senior
Kendrick, a senior at Verbum Dei, brings previous office experience and a clear vision for his future. He is exploring potential paths in personal injury or criminal justice while gaining exposure to courtroom procedures, networking with professionals, and developing a deeper understanding of legal work. Kendrick values the mentorship offered at Dordick Law Corporation and views the internship as a bridge between high school and his long-term career goals.
