Our client slipped on the wet floor as he approached the cashier to pick up his order. The floor was wet from being mopped by a store employee. Shortly after the incident, the client was diagnosed with a TBI, right shoulder injury, and wrist injury. The defense challenged the damages and offered $250,000 via 998. We fought hard and got an excellent result for our client: a successful offer of $2,000,000.
