At Dordick Law Corporation, we’re proud to welcome attorney Rachel Jacobs to our team, an accomplished advocate whose dedication to justice, leadership, and community empowerment shines through every step of her journey.
Born and raised in Chantilly, Virginia, Rachel is the eldest of three children and has always stood out as a leader. A lifelong athlete and humanitarian, she excelled as a two-sport varsity athlete throughout her entire high school career and was recognized early on with the Humanitarian Award.
Rachel’s academic and leadership journey began at George Mason University, where she was part of the Co-ed Cheerleading Team before transferring to Morehead State University, home to the most decorated cheerleading program in the country. There, she earned her degree in Philosophy, graduating cum laude. While at Morehead, Rachel joined Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and served as President of the Eta Rho Chapter, further cementing her commitment to community service and advocacy.
Rachel earned her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served on the executive board of the Black Law Student Association and was a founding member and Inaugural Fellow of the Loyola Anti-Racism Center (LARC), a testament to her passion for equality and civil rights.
Now, as an associate attorney at Dordick Law Corporation, Rachel brings that same commitment to her work in Civil Rights litigation. She focuses on cases involving excessive force, police misconduct, juvenile hall abuse, and sexual abuse. Her affiliations include Black Women Lawyers of Los Angeles, the National Police Accountability Project, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
Rachel’s presence strengthens our mission to stand up for those who need it most. We’re honored to have her on our team.
