Kim Anglin
Kim Anglin was born in Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. Her Dad was in the Australian Army and was posted to Fort Queenscliff where she spent her early years. In Australia, looking out for others is part of the cultural ethos. That underlying sense of fairness and justice ultimately propelled Kim into studying law in the United States and in Europe.
Ms. Anglin has represented thousands of employees in class action and individual discrimination matters over the years. Kim's successes include multi-million-dollar settlements against some of the largest companies in the world. Ms. Anglin also represents clients in catastrophic injury and premises liability cases. She has litigated multi-district complex medical device matters, toxic tort cases as well as individual injury cases. Since joining the Dordick Law Corporation, Ms. Anglin's practice has focused on employment law discrimination cases and personal injury litigation.
Kim graduated from the American University, Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C. where she was a Dean's Fellow for the Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. Ms. Anglin studied international law at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom and at the Université de Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris, France. Ms. Anglin graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a BA in anthropology. She received several honors including the Valetta Linnette Academic Scholarship awarded by the Chancellor of the University of California, Davis.
Kim is licensed to practice law before all the courts in the State of California, including the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California. Additionally, Ms. Anglin was admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for discovery purposes in multi-district complex litigation involving medical device litigation throughout the United States.
Ms. Anglin is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association as well as the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Kim is an Aussie and enjoys landscape and ocean photography, as well as paddle boarding and kayaking.
