Herjit graduated magna cum laude from Whittier Law School in 2014, where she was awarded the Dean's Merit Scholarship for academic excellence all three years of law school and received the Cali Award for the highest grade in professional skills: litigation. Herjit's strong academic performance is a testament to her expertise and commitment to legal excellence. 

During law school, she gained invaluable experience through internships at the Orange County Public Defender's Office, where she worked in the mental health unit, and at the United States Attorney's Office, where she assisted in both civil and criminal federal cases. These diverse experiences further honed her skills and equipped her with a well-rounded approach to legal practice.
