 We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney with at least five years of Plaintiff Civil Litigation experience. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of litigation from intake to trial. This role offers the unique opportunity to work alongside a Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles Hall of Fame Inductee and Trial Lawyer of the Year, Gary A. Dordick. 

Requirements: 

• Licensed to practice law in California 
• In good standing with the state bar

 We are looking for experienced pre-litigation legal assistants with prior plaintiff experience. This position involves handling a caseload of approximately 40 pre-litigation files from intake to the filing of the complaint, client onboarding, and ongoing quality client contact.

• Spanish fluency 
• Minimum three years of plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation experience 
• Knowledge of injury claim process with insurance companies 
• Understanding of basic medical terminology related to PI injuries
