Danielle Dhari

Danielle Dhari is a dedicated attorney with a strong commitment to justice and advocacy for victims. She earned her Juris Doctor from LMU Loyola Law School, specializing in Civil Litigation and refining her trial advocacy skills as a member of the prestigious Byrne Trial Advocacy Team. During her time on the Byrne Team, Danielle traveled across the country, advancing in trial competitions in Houston, Philadelphia, and Denver.

Key Awards and Recognitions:

  • Outstanding Advocate Award at the National Trial Competition (Colorado)
  • Top Advocacy Award at the Advanced Trial School, Academy of the Advocate (St. Andrews, Scotland)
  • ABOTA Award for Loyola Law (2024), recognizing exceptional trial advocacy and professional dedication
  • National Association of Women Lawyers Award (2024) from LMU Loyola for leadership and advocacy within the legal community

Before pursuing law, Danielle earned her B.S. in Psychology with an emphasis in Neuroscience and Behavior and also completed several semesters of coursework in Criminal Justice, securing a spot on the Dean's Honor List each semester. This academic foundation has provided Danielle with a deep understanding of human behavior, as well as the psychological aspects that inform legal practice.

Danielle's commitment to victims' rights was solidified during her internship with the Sex Crimes Division of the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, where she worked on behalf of vulnerable populations, particularly children. This experience further deepened her passion for fighting for those who cannot always advocate for themselves.

As a former fellow with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Danielle continues to mentor future attorneys, serving as an adjunct professor at Loyola, coaching the Byrne Trial Team, and teaching trial advocacy. In 2024, she was honored with the ABOTA Award for Loyola Law, recognizing her exceptional skills and contributions to the profession. She was also recognized with the National Association of Women Lawyers Award for her ongoing advocacy and leadership within the legal community.

In addition to her legal career, Danielle's background in advertising allowed her to guest lecture several times at San Francisco State University in Electronic Media Management, sharing her expertise in the intersection of media and law. Outside of her professional work, Danielle enjoys practicing Krav Maga, creating art, and cooking. Her well-rounded interests and diverse experiences allow her to approach her legal practice with a unique blend of analytical insight and creative thinking.
